Complaints
If something has gone wrong, we want to know so we can put it right. Here is how to complain and what will happen next.
How to complain
Email hello@juniperhealth.info with "Complaint" in the subject line. Please tell us:
- your name and how to contact you
- what went wrong, and when
- the page or pages involved, if relevant
- what you would like us to do to put it right
If you need to complain in a different way, for example because of a disability, tell us and we will help.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- We look into it fairly and carefully.
- We reply in full within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when you can expect an answer.
Complaints about your personal information
If your complaint is about how we have used your personal information, the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 gives you the right to complain to us first. We will acknowledge it within 30 days at most, deal with it without unnecessary delay, and tell you the outcome.
If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
- Website: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint
- Helpline: 0303 123 1113
Complaints we cannot deal with
We are not part of the DWP or the NHS, so we cannot change a benefit decision or deal with complaints about them.
- To challenge a benefit decision, see how to challenge a PIP decision. The same steps apply to Attendance Allowance and DLA.
- To complain about the DWP, follow the complaints process on GOV.UK.
- To complain about something you bought through an affiliate link, contact the shop, as it sold you the item.
